(1) PRE-SALE

1.1 All material representation on our online platforms shall be taken as visual references. Actual material will defer depending on site condition and lighting in Client's site conditions. 

1.2 The Client can request for a physical sample for actual look and feel of the material.

1.1 All monetary deposits are required for pre-order of materials. It serves as a form of commitment from the Client for the execution of the project. This amounts to 10% to 40% of the total price of the project.

1.2 Any refund of deposit is subjected to the following conditions:

- Material has not arrived.

- Material has been damaged during shipment. 

- Installation of works cannot take place due to the above conditions. 

3.1 Any discrepancies or variations between design samples and completed works will be made known to the Client. For custom design works such as Epoxy finishes, allow 20% to 30% variation in patterns due to site conditions and workmanship tolerance.

3.2 The sample mock up do not take to account colour-fade and/or ambering due to natural causes such as sunlight, UV-light exposure, improper after-care techniques over the long term.

3.3 The sample mock up can be used to test for scratches, Damages & wearing of Top Coat, intentional or non-intentional, due to daily wear & tear.

3.4 We reserves the right to revise the mock up procedures at any time without prior notice in response to changes to our practices.

1.1 Six Month Warranty for Defects with Reface Interior Decors that only include cracks, peeling and stains. We shall be released from this warranty if the Works are in anyway tampered with either by the Customer’s servants or agents or by any other third person.

 2.1 Pigmentation and Streaking (Natural Formation during the curing period) within Owner's Interior.

2.2 Unevenness of existing substrate which may affect the final applied finishing

2.3 Discrepancies or variations between design samples and completed design service.

2.4 Any new finishes applied on Existing Mirror Finishing.

2.5 Any works not specified in Sales Order.

2.6 Surfaces that may absorb moisture and result in wood rot, termite damage, or delaminating due to deterioration of underlayment.

2.7 Colour-fade and/or ambering due to natural causes such as sunlight, UV-light exposure, improper after-care techniques.

2.8 Bleeding of color caused by rust, knots, or acid rain.

2.9 Blemish caused by turmeric or related spices.

2.10 Scratches, Damages & wearing of Top Coat, intentional or non-intentional, due to daily wear & tear.

2.11 Cracking / Peeling of applied finishes due to substrate beneath  Interior.

2.12 Cracking / Peeling of applied finishes due to Structural defects, movement of concrete slab, or settling movements.

2.13 Bubbling / Bulging  due to moisture emission from substrate beneath applied products.

2.14 Damage due to physical abuse such as gouging, scraping, cracking from movement of pavement or surface.

2.15 Damage due to premature usage of product before proper cure times or against the product instructions.

2.16 Damage caused whole or in part from fire, cooking oil, flood, Acts of God, negligence of other contractors and workers, or any other causes beyond the control.

2.17 Any form of consequential losses, damage or inconvenience sustained by the Customer arising from or as a result of any of the defects described herein.

2.18 We reserves the right to revise the Warranty Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice in response to changes to our practices.
